Commercial Business Location or an Industrial Location
If you are conducting business in Garden Grove at a commercial business location or an industrial location, please fill out these two forms:

If you are using your residence (home) in Garden Grove as the headquarters of your business, please complete these two forms:

If you are conducting business in Garden Grove but are based (headquartered) in another city (such as Contractors), please fill out this form:

If you have residential property that is being rented out, such as apartment buildings, single family residences, condominiums or an ADU in the city of Garden Grove, please fill out this form:
