Appointments- To make a reservation at the Community Meeting Center or Courtyard Center, you must make an appointment with us.

The City of Garden Grove offers rental facilities conveniently located in the heart of the City. Each building is located in a beautiful park-like setting. From intimate meeting rooms to a spacious banquet room, the facilities are ideal for business meetings, conferences, corporate event, trade shows, workshops, classes, parties, weddings and receptions.

Community Meeting Center

The Community Meeting Center is the City's main meeting facility for public and private events, as well as Garden Grove City Council and City Commission meetings.
Butterfield Banquet Rooms
The Butterfield A and B Rooms are ideal for large gatherings, such as weddings, memorials, Quinceaneras, trade shows, business trainings, and class reunions. In conjunction with the rental of the banquet rooms, a full service kitchen is available, featuring multiple convection ovens, stove top, and griddle; prep counters, refrigerators, freezer, and ice machine; and access to gated patio. Located in the midst of lush landscaping that provides the perfect backdrops for capturing your special moments. Our professional staff will guide you through the steps to create a successful event.

Atrium
Within the heart of the Community Meeting Center is the Atrium. The warmth of natural light from the vaulted glass ceiling, statement bamboo trees, and a variety of greenery, adorn this area suitable for intimate ceremonies, business and cocktail receptions, and as a registration and check-in areas.

A highlight of this facility is the historical patio setting. It is picture perfect for an inside/outside wedding or reception. Kitchen facilities are also available onsite. The Courtyard Center is just 2 blocks west of the Community Meeting Center. In addition to small weddings, the Courtyard Centers is a popular venue for small meetings, baby showers, intimate receptions, seminars, and art exhibits.
Main Banquet Room
The open and spacious main banquet room has vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and an ample dance floor, this space is ready for your final touches.

Outdoor Courtyard Patio
The charm of this fully enclosed, beautiful brick and tile courtyard evokes romance and joy. This private space is ideal for intimate ceremonies, placement of buffet or bar, or extra space needed for relaxation or activities for children. Courtyard may not be used for additional guest seating.

Located adjacent to the Community Meeting Center, this facility provides a great atmosphere for a small casual wedding, an anniversary party, or a meeting. Kitchen facilities are available on-site.
In addition to the dining room, the Senior Center offers three (3) activity rooms perfect for exercise or dance classes, group meetings, small group events, etc.
