Tree Art Contest
In March, the City held a Tree Art Contest for local youth, K-12th grades. Approximately 100 students submitted drawings, paintings, illustrations, and photographs of current and future trees in Garden Grove. The community was invited to judge the Tree Art Contest social media challenge by liking their favorite tree art in each grade category. The post with the most likes in each grade category won $100 and a certificate from Garden Grove Mayor Steve Jones. To view the artwork, visit the City's Facebook photo albums.
