Once your request is received, a confirmation email with a corresponding ticket number will be emailed to you.

Please note that email responses and review times will vary based on the request. The average response times are:

• General inquiries - 2 business days
• Cursory reviews - 7 business days
• Preliminary reviews - 4 weeks

Please be advised that the Planning Services Division does not respond to building and safety related questions, including permits, building code requirements, plan check status, or plan check resubmittal process.
