The City of Garden Grove is proud to introduce the Workforce Activation & Readiness Program (WARP), which is an employment development program that provides residents with the tools and skills they need to secure and maintain gainful employment. The employment development services will be offered by Stand Up For Kids and the Orange County Asian and Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA).
