RFP - CDBG Public Services
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT PROPOSALS will be accepted from organizations with demonstrated skills and experience providing human services to low-income households and neighborhoods. The services provided by the Proposer need to be for low- to moderate-income individuals (LMI) living in Garden Grove and be an eligible public services activity per the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG).
