NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT APPLICATIONS will be accepted from organizations with experience in providing tenant-based rental assistance and comprehensive case management services to low-income and homeless populations. The City of Garden Grove is seeking a qualified Program Operator to operate the Homeless Emergency Assistance Rental Transition Program (HEART Program). This program, funded through federal and local sources, offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering housing stability and wrap-around support services. Interested organizations are encouraged to submit applications showcasing their expertise, innovative approaches, and commitment to addressing homelessness.
