Every rental unit and home must meet the minimum health & safety requirements. It is the property owner’s responsibility to ensure each rental unit and home is habitable and safe.
What is Code Enforcement
The Code Enforcement Unit is a team of individuals within the Community Development Department that have been entrusted with informing our Garden Grove community about the Municipal Codes, International Property Maintenance Codes, California Building Codes and other Codes. Code Enforcement Officers seek to maintain and preserve our communities.
