Funding Available for Home Repairs

The City of Garden Grove will open a new round of funding for its Home Repair Program on Monday, December 1, 2025, offering grants of up to $5,000 to qualified low-income Garden Grove homeowners for minor home improvements. The grants do not need to be repaid to the City.

In observance of the Veterans Day holiday, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the City of Garden Grove and the H. Louis Lake Senior Center will be closed. Street sweeping services will not be provided on the holiday and will resume the following day. Trash pick-up will remain as scheduled.

Garden Grove Senior Center Lunch Cafe Temporarily Relocating During Facility Closure

The H. Louis Lake Senior Center will temporarily close from Monday, October 27, through Friday, November 7, 2025, and tentatively on Monday, November 10, through Friday, November 14, 2025 to allow for a planned roof replacement project at the Senior Center.
