The City of Garden Grove has participated in National Night Out for many years. The event is celebrated across the country on the first Tuesday of August. It is an opportunity for neighbors to meet and talk with the Officers of the Garden Grove Police Department about things that are happening in their neighborhood. Garden Grove's Community Emergency Response Team, better known as CERT was sworn-in recently and is ready to help City residents and businesses when the need arises.
