The Garden Grove Housing Authority was established pursuant to City Resolution No. 4812-75. The Housing Authority Commission consists of nine commissioners. The Mayor and City Council serve as seven Commissioners, and appoint two tenants of the Housing Authority to serve as tenant commissioners. One tenant Commissioner shall be over the age of sixty-two years. Tenant Commissioners serve a two-year term.
