Older Adults Invited to Resource Fair and Vaccine Clinic
The City of Garden Grove invites older adults to attend the H. Louis Lake Senior Center’s Resource Fair and Vaccine Clinic on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Avenue. Admission and parking are free.
Boutique Crafters Wanted for Winter in the Grove Holiday Event
The City of Garden Grove is seeking boutique crafters for the Winter in the Grove community event on Saturday, December 6, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., in Village Green Park, located at 12732 Main Street. Interested crafters must apply by Friday, November 7, 2025, at ggcity.org/winterinthegrove.
Examples of preferred boutique craft items for sale include handmade jewelry, floral decorations, wreaths, ceramics/pottery, handbags, soaps, oils, lotions, candles, and more.
Orange County Sheriff's Department to Test AlertOC
The City of Garden Grove will participate in the Orange County Sheriff’s Department 15th annual regional test of its emergency mass notification system, AlertOC, on September 17 at 10:00 am. The test will send a test emergency alert to residents’ mobile devices and home phones, and replicates a large-scale, multi-jurisdictional emergency that requires thousands of calls to be made simultaneously across Orange County.
Garden Grove Breaks Ground on Woodbury Park Revitalization and Expansion Project

Local Teens Invited to Join Teen Action Collaborative Applications Now Available
The City of Garden Grove invites local teens, ages 13 to 17, to join Garden Grove Teen Action Collaborative (GGTAC). Coordinated by the Community Services Department, in collaboration with local organizations, GGTAC is designed to provide teens with experiences, activities and resources that support their wellness and future success.
