The City of Garden Grove, in partnership with Home Ownership OC and the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP) Southern California, will host the Keys to Homeownership Fair on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Garden Grove Community Center, 11300 Stanford Avenue. Admission and parking are free.

The event is designed to help aspiring homeowners navigate the path to homeownership by connecting them with HUD-certified housing counselors, mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, insurance agents, and other housing resources. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about credit readiness, financing options, first-time homebuyer loan programs, and the homebuying process.

Participants can receive free credit reports, free mortgage prequalification assessments, and information on current housing listings and available homebuyer assistance programs. Experts will also provide guidance on down payment assistance opportunities, including the City of Garden Grove’s First-Time Home Buyer Program that offers up to $110,000 in down-payment assistance for eligible homebuyers.

Vietnamese and Spanish translation services will be available onsite to help attendees’ access information and resources. Complimentary coffee and pastries will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to win gift cards and raffle prizes.

Residents interested in purchasing their first home are encouraged to attend and take advantage of the free educational resources and one-on-one guidance available at the event.
