The City of Garden Grove is updating the Housing Element, Safety Element, Land Use Element, and adopting a new Environmental Justice Element to the Garden Grove General Plan. The community is invited to participate in an online survey available now through Tuesday, January 12, 2021 to provide input towards creating a community housing strategy for the next eight years as well as a healthier community. The survey, available in multiple languages, can be accessed at https://ggcity.org/housing-element

The City encourages the community to take a few minutes to complete and return the 2020 Census form by the Monday, October 5 deadline. The 2020 Census has never been easier to respond, whether by mail, online, or phone. People can now self-respond by visiting my2020census.gov or by calling (844) 330-2020.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Garden Grove will be distributing backpacks and school supplies to children. You must pre-register by calling (714) 532-7940 by Thursday morning, September 3.
