The Garden Grove Strawberry Festival is back! It was celebrated in all its glory over Memorial Day weekend. There is the parade and there are the rides, games and food, but the Strawberry Festival is a lot more than that. National Night Out is an opportunity for the public to meet with the members of the Garden Grove Police Department and enjoy a fun, family friendly, outdoor activity. Beginning Monday, July 18, 2022, the City of Garden Grove will be accepting nomination papers for Mayor, and three Council Member seats for Districts 1, 3, and 4, for the November 8, 2022 election. The deadline to file the completed paperwork is Friday, August 12, 2022, at 5:00 p.m.

During National Mosquito Control Awareness Week, June 19-25, OCMVCD is launching the Tip, Toss, Take Action campaign and promoting Grandmother Mosquito, a new children’s book teaching families about mosquito breeding. To increase awareness and educational outreach, OCMVCD will be interacting with the public in the following ways:
