Coordinated by the Community Services Department, in collaboration with local organizations, GGTAC is designed to provide teens with experiences, activities and resources that support their wellness and future success.

The Fall 2025 Garden Grove Parks and Recreation Guide is now available for viewing at ggparksandrec.com. The fall guide provides a number of programs, classes, activities, and special events through December 31, 2025. Residents and visitors are encouraged to register for classes in advance to avoid class cancellations. To view the guide and to register, visit ggparksandrec.com.

The City of Garden Grove and Garden Grove Sanitary District, in collaboration with Republic Services, will host a community cleanup day, offering residents the opportunity to dispose of bulky items, recycle household batteries, and obtain paper shredding services for free. The event takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the H. Louis Lake Senior Center, located at 11300 Stanford Avenue.

In observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 1, 2025, the City of Garden Grove and the H. Louis Lake Senior Center will be closed. Street sweeping services will not be provided on the holiday and will resume the next day. Trash pick-up will be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week.

Tickets are now available for the 2025 Foods of Garden Grove Live (FOGG Live), returning Friday, September 26, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Village Green Park in Downtown Garden Grove.
