Garden Grove residents who completed the Second Community Online Survey can register below to enter into a raffle for a chance to win prizes like Home Depot gift cards and more!

Registering for the raffle will also sign you up for the Email List, which ensures you receive regular updates on the Housing Element, Safety Element, and/or the Environmental Justice Element.

One Garden Grove resident will win the top prize: A $100 Home Depot Gift Card and a City of Garden Grove Gift Basket. Four other Garden Grove residents will each win a $25 Home Depot Gift Card.

Eligibility rules apply. To participate, you must be a Garden Grove resident, 18 years or older. Limited to one winner per household. Proof of Garden Grove residency required. Winners must make an appointment with the Planning Division by calling (714) 741-5312 to collect their prize from Garden Grove City Hall, at 11222 Acacia Parkway, within 30 days of the announcement. Winners will be announced the week of January 25, 2021.
