Garden Grove residents who completed the Environmental Justice Online Community Survey can register below to enter into a raffle for a chance to win one (1) of four (4) Target gift cards!

Registering for the raffle will also sign you up for the Email List, which ensures you receive regular updates on the Housing Element, Safety Element, and/or the Environmental Justice Element.

Four (4) Garden Grove residents will each win one (1) $25 Target Gift Card.

Eligibility rules apply. To participate, you must be a Garden Grove resident, 18 years or older. Limited to one winner per household. Proof of Garden Grove residency required. Winners must make an appointment with the Planning Division by calling (714) 741-5312 to collect their prize from Garden Grove City Hall, at 11222 Acacia Parkway, within 30 days of the announcement. Winners will be announced the week of July 5, 2021.
