New Awareness Campaign to ‘Plan-Build-Beautify’ Properties Kicks Off with Social Media Giveaway

Today, the City of Garden Grove launches a new 3-month, multi-language awareness campaign, highlighting information and services from the Community Development Department’s Planning, Building and Safety, and Code Enforcement divisions. Themed “Plan–Build–Beautify,” the campaign kicks off with a social media giveaway to win a 48-quart Igloo cooler, $10 Home Depot gift card, and DIY and City items.

Get ready Garden Grove. Garden Grove Gems is coming! Gnorman the Gnome has a message for you about sprucing up your front yard, snapping a photo and joining the fun! The 2024 home beautification program is virtual, so whether you enter or not, you can check out the beautiful homes online and vote for your favorites. The City of Garden Grove Welcomes Ursula Luna-Reynosa

The City of Garden Grove held a welcome reception for Ursula Luna-Reynosa, introducing her as the new Economic Development Director. The reception was held at the City's Community Meeting Center. The Economic Development Director is responsible for attracting investment and creating wealth in the City. She will also oversee the Garden Grove Housing Authority and Neighborhood Improvement Division. GGTV3 reporter Angela Cranon was at the reception and has the story.
