Plan-Build-Beautify is a 3-month, multi-language awareness campaign, highlighting information and services from the Community Development Department's Planning, Building and Safety, and Code Enforcement divisions. Plan-Build-Beautify aims to increase knowledge about each area and the services available to plan and build projects and keep properties looking their best. The key goals are to help residents, business owners, and developers understand the fundamentals of building in Garden Grove, while encouraging the community to maintain their properties.
