The City of Garden Grove announces new activities added to the 6th Annual Art in the Park, an outdoor, interactive art festival taking place on Saturday, March 9, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at Village Green Park, located at 12732 Main Street.

Activities added include flowerpot painting, giant outdoor games, a LEGO® Creation Station, and Paint and Sip, an outdoor painting experience with non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages provided.

The Paint and Sip activity will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Cost to participate is $20 per individual and includes all materials. Space is limited. To register, visit ggcity.org/artinthepark or call (714) 741-5200 by Thursday, March 7, 2024.

C&M Ohana will be onsite selling kettle corn and sweet treats.

The Garden Grove Unified School District’s annual First Impressions Student Art Exhibit, showcasing artistic talents of students, grades pre-K through 12th, will be located at the Garden Grove Courtyard Center in Village Green Park. Opening day is Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The exhibit will remain open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday, March 11, 2024 through Thursday, March 14, 2024.
