Street Outreach

The City of Garden Grove utilizes the services of the Garden Grove Police Department’s Special Resource Team (SRT) and a local non-profit, CityNet, to provide Street Outreach to individuals who are homeless. Street Outreach activities include: Engagement, Case Management, Emergency Health Services, Emergency Mental Health Services and Transportation.
