CHIOC Enrollment Clinic

In collaboration with the Community Health Initiative of Orange County, the H. Louis Lake Senior Center is offering free enrollment assistance. Appointments are available on the 3rd Thursday of ever month from 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. For more information view the flyer below, available in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish.
