Sensei Cai has had many years of training and teaching experience with a double--black belt in both Judo and Jiu-jitsu. Our school promotes a safe, healthy, family-friendly, disciplined, and inclusive environment for students of all ages. Come by for a free one-day trial (new students only).

Gracie Barra is a family-run martial arts school located in Orange County. We offer instruction for children, teens, men, and women. There are multiple levels of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for beginners to serious competitors.
