Service Providers - Addressing Homelessness
To prevent or address homelessness, each year, the City of Garden Grove receives funding under the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and allocates resources to sub-recipients to operate emergency shelters and transitional shelters, and provide essential social services for families and individuals.
