Brookhurst Place Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 2018
The ribbon has been cut on phase l of Brookhurst Place, the largest residential and commercial mixed-use development to date in the City of Garden Grove. Phase l is 180 apartments, phase ll will offer 462 more with up to 120 affordable housing units. When complete, developer Kam Sang Company says the 14 acre community will include a hotel, a 1-acre public park as well as commercial and retail space.
