The City of Garden Grove welcomes a new council member, swears-in two re-elected council members and the Mayor takes the oath of office for a second term. GGTV3 Reporter Rachel Jordan has the details.

The Orange County Ronald McDonald House hosted a special family holiday party for its hundreds of families that stayed at their facilities in 2018. Garden Grove Police and other groups pitched in to make it a great night for these families. GGTV3 Reporter Rachel Jordan has the story from Great Wolf Lodge Southern California.

Winter in the Grove combined two great annual events into one Winter Spectacular. Singing, dancing, Santa, food and snow were just a few of the attractions that brought an estimated 5,000 people out to Village Green Park for the holiday celebration. GGTV3 Elf Rachel Jordan has the story.

The Kamaaina Glee Club of Orange County made a special visit to the H. Louis Lake Senior Center this December. They entertained the crowd with a mix of holiday favorites, "Hawaiian Style." Crafty young people made familiar looking elves at the Buena Clinton Youth and Family Center recently. Then Santa Claus arrived and stole the show. He had personalized presents for each child in the room and the unwrapping began. GGTV3 Reporter Rachel Jordan has the details.

The Garden Grove Unified School District cut the ribbon and introduced their first Computer Science Academy. Tech savvy students at Heritage Elementary School are learning the language of computers. This year, the best of Winterfest and Christmas Tree Lighting holiday celebrations are coming together into one exciting new event - Winter in the Grove!
