Requesting copies for the property known as: Harbor Court Plaza, addressed 13552 Harbor Boulevard
Please find this as a formal records request for the following property:
1) Provide copies of any open building code violations
2) Provide copies of any open zoning code violations
3) Provide copies of any open fire code violations
4) Provide copies of any variances, ordinances, special permits, conditional/special use permits, zoning cases and resolutions associated with property
5) Provide copy of certificate of occupancy for property
6) Provide copies of any road project plans (construction, widening, etc…) that would require additional right of way from the property
