Re: FOIA Request Regarding an RFP #S-1126 for Garden Grove Police Department Public Safety Software, issued on January 29, 2014

On March 31, 2014, the City of Garden Grove received proposals for Public Safety Software. On behalf of SunGard Public Sector (SunGard), I am writing to ask for copies of the proposals submitted by each vendor. We are particularly interested in receiving cost information for software and services, as well as responses to the functional requirements. Electronic copies are preferred and SunGard will reimburse all expenses.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss next steps and any associated costs. Thank you for your time and assistance in this endeavor.
