Potential homeowners interested in learning more about down payment assistance, understanding the home buying process, credit readiness, financing, and more are encouraged to RSVP soon for the City of Garden Grove’s 2024 Homebuyer Day. The event takes place on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center, at 11300 Stanford Avenue. A resource fair will take place from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with mortgage lenders, community housing organizations, and real estate agents providing a variety of resources and information related to becoming a home owner. Admission and parking are free.

Information will also be available on down-payment assistance programs offered by the Cities of Garden Grove, Anaheim, and Santa Ana.

Food and refreshments will be provided and participants can take part in a free raffle for a chance to win prizes, including a 43” television.
