The City of Garden Grove invites local teens, ages 13 to 17, to join Garden Grove Teen Action Collaborative (GGTAC). Coordinated by the Community Services Department, in collaboration with local organizations, GGTAC is designed to provide teens with experiences, activities and resources that support their wellness and future success.

Participants of the program will have the opportunity to serve their community, gain career development skills, create new friendships, and receive college readiness guidance. Interested teens are encouraged to attend the kick-off meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025, to learn about the program, including goals and responsibilities, volunteer opportunities, scholarship opportunities, and more. Pizza and snacks will be provided. Parents are welcome to attend.

The GGTAC will meet every third Thursday of the month, beginning Thursday, September 18, 2025, through Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Meetings will be held at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center, 11300 Stanford Avenue.
