Garden Grove Mayor Steve Jones delivers a "magical" State of the City presentation to a full-house at the Hyatt Regency Orange County Hotel. World Class Magician, Johnny Ace Palmer was on hand to demonstrate some magic, but Mayor Jones credited talented staff, hard work and good planning for the magical success of the City in many areas.
