The City of Garden Grove, friends and family celebrated the life of Fire Chief Tom Schultz who passed away after a short battle with pancreatic and liver cancer. That story is here. Plus, Garden Grove Police held a DUI Checkpoint in memory of Captain Mike Kreza of the Costa Mesa Fire Department, who was killed by an impaired driver. And GGTV3's 2018 Year in Review is included along with a dance performance by the Foundations Dance Company, both of which were featured this year's State of the City event.
