When things get difficult, a certain group runs toward the problem trying to find out how they can help. These are the people and organizations honored at the Garden Grove Strong Hero Reception. 40 heroes were nominated for things they did during the COVID pandemic. They were brought together at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center to review their contributions, celebrate their generosity and of course to eat and take a few photos with the Mayor and City Council.
