The Garden Grove Police Department wants you to be safe on Garden Grove streets. This is the story of a high visibility enforcement event. The goal is to remove alcohol and drug impaired drivers from the road and educate the public about the dangers of impaired driving. GGTV3 Reporter Katie Licari has the story.
