No Code, No Confidence is the theme for the 39th annual Building Safety Month event held at the Garden Grove Community Meeting Center. Garden Grove's Building and Safety Department conducts free seminars to bring awareness about building safety regulations and reminding about the importance of code enforcement. This helps make sure individuals are safe in the buildings where they live, work and play. GGTV3 reporter Britt Johnson has the story.
