Anand Rao Named Garden Grove Information Technology Director

City officials introduced Anand Rao as the City of Garden Grove's new Director of Information Technology. Rao joined the City in 2000 as an Information Systems Analyst and worked his way up the ranks in the department. GGTV3 reporter Rachel Jordan has the full story.
