This property was originally R1 Zoned then changed to Office Professional in 1976. In 1980 was again changed from Office Professional to Office Professional Condominium, which must have a CC&R submitted to The City Attorney in June 24, 1980.
There should be 3 files attached, archive 8051, archive 5425 and archive 8924, which I have personally added the description of each the documents.
