The City of Garden Grove staff has conducted a thorough search of their files and was unable to locate any records concerning your request.
Per Garden Grove Planning Services Division, if you are requesting a zoning verification letter you must mail your request in writing to Planning Services Division, City of Garden Grove, 11222 Acacia Parkway, Garden Grove, CA 92840 with an $85 check. Once received, the Planning Division will mail you a letter stating the zoning and uses permitted, but they will not determine if the use is non-conforming to any of the zoning regulations.
