Dear Sir/Madam:

I am a PhD student at the University of Pennsylvania working on a research project studying local campaign contributions. I am looking for campaign finance disclosure reports that detail contributions received by past mayoral candidates in your municipality. Reports available online in state databases or local webpages have been found; however, there are some reports we simply can't locate.

Can I have all campaign finance disclosure reports filed by mayoral candidates listed below?

Walter Donovan and J. Tilman Williams in 1990;
Frank Kessler and Mark Leyes in 1992;
Bruce Broadwater and H. O. Chung in 1994;
Bruce Allan Broadwater and Wayne Edward Sherwood in 1996;
Bruce A. Broadwater and Al Snook in 1998;
Bruce A. Broadwater and William J. Bil Dalton in 2000;
Bruce A. Broadwater and Anthony Joseph Flores in 2002;
William Dalton and Mark Leyes in 2004;
William Dalton and Karentracy Moreland Urda in 2008;
William Dalton and Myke Cossota in 2010;
Bruce A. Broadwater and James T. Ybarra in 2012;
Bruce Allan Broadwater in 2014;
Steve Jones and Tony Flores in 2016;

If they exist, data on campaign contributions in a spreadsheet would be ideal. If not, text or scanned disclosure reports would be tremendously helpful.
