Please note:
1) No open (current) building, zoning or fire code violations were identified for this property. This information is only relevant to the file information available and is not an indication of the current condition of the property or if any preexisting code violations existed.

2) At this time there are no plans nor future plans for street widening that will require additional right of way. However, Engineering reserves the right to rescind this statement should the need arise.

3) The map was never finalized for PM-99-142. In 2016 the new property owners applied to subdivide the property under PM-2016-164, as the previous entitlements had expired. Entitlements for PM-2016-164, were approved earlier this year, and is in the process of getting the map finalized with the County and Engineering Services.
