Exiting the cul-de-sac of Marie Ln onto Magnolia is currently extremely hazardous because people have been parking large vehicles (a transit van, minivan, and SUVs) near the edge of the curbs (where the sidewalk dips down into the road).

This blocks all view of oncoming traffic and forces a blind turn onto the street. Sometimes the north side also has a car parked close to the corner of the intersection making no space to maneuver the car away from incoming traffic.

There should at least be a 1 to 1.5 car length red paint to prevent people from blocking the view and safe escape from incoming traffic.
