I would like to submit a record request for environmental incidents, such as: petroleum releases, spills, or hazardous material incidents. Also records pertaining to USTs as well as permits or violations for hazardous waste generation, storage, or disposal as it relates to the site located at 7511 Chapman Avenue, Garden Grove, CA 92841. This information will be used for review and inclusion in a Phase 1 ESA.
