How can we improve during a time of crisis, such as the COVID pandemic?
Will the City Manager and senior administrative staff take any action?
Simple questions, services, permits which should takes hours and days are now weeks and months!
The reality is many City, State and Local government, are improving public services such as responsiveness, customer service, value etc…due to the work from home and other restrictions imposed by the COVID pandemic.
Why has GG City staff been given the power to misuse their authority and treat its residences like they have done something wrong, (including fear of retaliation) forgetting that their base livelihood is generated by the residents.
IT IS THE EPIDEMY OF POOR SERVICE: THAT THE CITY OF GARDEN GROVE HAS IGNORED THE VERY CORE OF IT’S VALUE SYSTEM TO ASSIST AND HELP THE RESIDENCE OF GARDEN GROVE. SIMPLE BASIC SERVICES HAVE BEEN FURTHER DELAYED DURING THIS PANDAMIC CAUSING HARDSHIP AND FINANCIAL BURDENS TO RESIDENCE, WHO ARE THE BACKBONE OF THE SOCIETY.
What gives the authority for the staff to treat its residence with the indifference and tending arrogance and rude responses to it constituents??
