Request explanation to the following.
Orange County Humane Society
On Outcome Report for July intake A40835360 (Fat Boy) indicates euthanasia on 7/25/19 @ 11:04
However, Fat Boy does not show on April Intake Report as a stray or owner surrender even though on July Outcome Report he shows coming in on 4/20/19.
