Subject: PRA - Contracting Out Of Fire Services

Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code 6250 et seq.), I ask for a copy of:

Staff report to City Council and/or City Manager regarding contracting out of fire and EMS services to Orange County Fire Authority.

Any proposal from Orange County Fire Authority, to take over fire department services in the City of Garden Grove.

Contract with Care Ambulance Service, Inc. for ambulance services.

I would prefer the information be e-mailed to me.

I ask for a determination on this request within 10 days of your receipt of it, and an even prompter reply if you can make that determination without having to review the record(s) in question.

If I can provide any clarification that will help expedite your attention to my request, please contact me.

I ask that you notify me of any duplication costs exceeding $10.00 before you duplicate the records so that I may decide which records I want to be copied.
