I received a citation for a red light infraction, so am requesting a copy of Garden Grove's engineering report that was used to determine the yellow light time for vehicles going eastbound at the corner of Trask Avenue and Harbor Boulevard. Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for the documents you sent in response to my request for the engineering report to determine yellow light time.
I am following up to see if Garden Grove has an actual engineering report with traffic surveyed for yellow light time (i.e., not just the tables you sent me). I have attached a copy of an engineering report for Los Alamitos. If you have an actual engineering report, please do send me a link.
