Dear Ms. Bennifield,

You are correct. The two documents provided regarding zoning code violations have been closed. There are no open code violations for any of the properties listed.

In regards to fire code violations, all records available for these properties have been provided by the Garden Grove Fire Department. There are no other reports or violations on any of the other Lewis properties. The one document provided for the property on Valley View Street was sent in error.

We are still missing any open fire violations for the properties on Lewis St. Also, the attached zoning violations appear to be closed. Am I looking at them incorrectly or was the wrong item sent?
