Dear Mr. Lewis,

Schafer Consulting was retained to assist the City in developing the RFP. Outside of the RFP no other reports were issued by Schafer in relation to the software vendor selection process. Appendix A outlines the functional requirements the City is seeking to obtain in the new software selected. Appendix A was provided in the response previously sent.

Hi, It stated in the RFP that the was a consultant used to help create the business need and assessment for the RFP. It was also commented on the mandatory conference call that we should reach out and request a copy of this consultant assessment and report via a public record request. If there is a different name for this, then please advise but there has been a Consultant involved based on conversations and comments on the RFP. Thank you,

Hi Denise Kehn,

The documents received was not the request. I am requesting the Full Schafer Consulting Report completed by the City that determined the business reasons and the need to go to the RFP in the first place. This includes the entire Consulting report, assessment, survey and results Schafer Consulting completed.
