For a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, we are interested in records from the Building Department and Fire Department regarding storage of hazardous chemicals and hazardous wastes, underground and above ground storage tanks (USTs / ASTs), subsurface investigations, remediation activities for the current property of the Hyatt Regency Orange County at 11999 Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove 92840.
Other addresses of the property are 100 and 300 Plaza Alicante.
Historical addresses of the property (pre 1985) are 11891, 11931, 11941 and 11961 Harbor Boulevard.
