Hello Teresa,
I would like to make a request for information. I would like to know more about the GGTID members. They seem to be an important bunch of people that we never see or hear from. I would like to get their names, contact info and meeting schedule if there is one. I understand if they are so deep in the shadows that such information is not accessible to be shared with the public.

Thank you for providing the historical docs about the creation and purposes of the GGTID. I should have more clearly stated that I am specifically looking for information on the members and their meeting schedules. I would like to better understand how they are promoting Garden Grove and to see what their understanding is of who we are.

Attached is information regarding the members of GGTID.
In regards to the meetings, City staff is neither required nor attends meetings held by the GGTID. The Assessment is self-imposed and decided by the GGTID and is used for marketing and beautification of the hotel corridor. For information on meeting times please contract the members of GGTID.
